30-day return policy

We protect your rights as a customer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.  

In addition to that, we also offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returned items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. A drop-off return option is also available, please contact us at admin@imaginefleet.co.nz.

Once your return is approved, you can choose between an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Payment will be processed within 24 hours once we receive the returned good.

Replace and repair parts

Thanks to our close partnerships with model brand manufacturers, we can provide direct support for arranging swift replacements for missing or broken parts for most of our brands at your request. For more details, please contact us at admin@imaginefleet.co.nz.
