Order Processing Time
We take up to 2 days to dispatch.
Our daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 8:00 PM NZST/NZDT.
Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over 200 NZD within New Zealand.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include:

You can also check your order status anytime using the dedicated tracking link available on our website.

Your order will automatically ship with Aramex. If you need to use a different courier, please email us to admin@imaginefleet.co.nz after placing your order, and we will ship it with your preferred courier.
Please note: The shipping rates listed in our policy are based on our default Aramex service. There may be a slight difference in the final shipping cost if you choose an alternative carrier. For more details, please contact us at admin@imaginefleet.co.nz.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to errors in the address provided by the buyer.
